How do I start a return?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unused with tags attached, and in original packaging. Please note that personal care and beauty products are non-returnable. To initiate a return, contact melanicaesthetics@gmail.com and we'll provide a return shipping label. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval to your original payment method.
